I'm re-sharing my post from a year ago about Champagne Henriot and its Cuvée Hemera to introduce the new release, 2006, available now. As gorgeous as the 2005 was, the 2006, despite coming from a warm vintage with a lot of summer humidity, may be even more incredible.
